Inside Annabelle Selldorf's condominium “One Domino Square”

Architect Annabelle Selldorf's first residential tower, One Domino Square, features a striking iridescent porcelain tile façade that changes the skyscraper's appearance, making it stand out depending on the light while building a new look in Williamsburg. can blend in with its surroundings. Developed by Two Trees Management, One Domino Square includes a 39-story tower with 160 condominiums and a 55-story rental housing tower with 400 units, the latter being the tallest in Williamsburg. It's a building.

The building's tilt-and-swivel windows let in sunlight from sunrise to sunset, maximizing expansive views of the East River from the Statue of Liberty to Midtown, including New York City's three bridges and the park space below. Masu.

The home features up to 11-foot ceiling heights, white oak floors, and dark colors. Kitchens are available in a “cool” or “warm” palette and include fully integrated Gaggenau appliances and marble finishes. Sales officially began last month for the building's 160 condominiums, with one to three bedrooms starting at $1.25 million. Six three-bedroom penthouses with terraces will be built.

These towers feature pearl-like porcelain tile facades that reflect the sky, “creating a continuously changing animated effect” on their exteriors.

“I am extremely proud to see the One Domino Square condominiums make their market debut and the contributions this building will make to the city as a whole,” Selldorf said in a statement last month. “The porcelain-clad tower has an iridescent, pearl-like surface that stands out while simultaneously blending into the waterfront.”

The two towers are connected by a seven-story podium that will house approximately 45,000 square feet of amenities and ground floor retail. The amenity package includes an aquatics center with heated indoor pool, cold plunge, steam room, sauna, hydrotherapy spa, private poolside showers, and treatment rooms. There's also a fitness center, multiple lounges, an outdoor sunroom, and a coworking space with private WiFi and a variety of workspaces.

Outside, there are three terraces, one with a beautiful lounge, heated outdoor pool and sundeck overlooking Domino Park. A separate terrace has a central lawn and a separate entertainment area.

In addition, residents will have direct access to Domino Square, a new one-acre public park scheduled to open this fall.

The rental portion of One Domino Square spans 55 floors and includes 400 apartments. Leasing is scheduled to begin next month. At 550 feet tall, it will be the tallest building in Brooklyn outside of downtown Brooklyn.

One Domino Square is located on the southern portion of the 11-acre Domino Sugar Factory redevelopment, which includes SHoP Architects' leased property at 325 Kent Avenue, the 45-story One South Includes First, Ten Grand Streets and the 5-acre Domino Park. Last fall, developers unveiled The Refinery at Domino, an all-electric office building located on the grounds of the former Domino Sugar Refinery.
