After leaving the store, Manfarrol encountered people at the mall, Machado and Mr. Pou, who was listed as the victim in the arrest report.

When the victim tried to stop him, Manfarol produced a pair of pliers and made “several stabbing motions” in his direction while saying “I'm going to stab you” in Spanish.

Pou walked away from Manfarrol, who then fled to the back of the mall, where he was detained by police.

Surveillance footage captured the moment Manfarolo was thrown to the ground outside the mall and police arrived to arrest him.

Manfarore was charged with grand larceny and aggravated assault; he is now jailed on bail.
