Hades 2: How to find all resources and materials

Hades 2 introduces a vast world where collecting various resources and materials is crucial to progressing in the game.

When it comes to delving deeper into the underworld, unlocking and choosing which Arcana cards to use on each run is crucial, and with that in mind, I wanted to highlight which of these Arcana cards are the best!

1

Nemesis

Nemesis Hades 2

Influence:

Deals +20 damage to enemies you cast.

We started with a card that many might consider inappropriate for the Hades 2 Ten Arcana, but instead played a card of my own. My bias card. This is an Arcana card that suits my playstyle, which is centered around casting spells with Blast Bind.

Moon has great synergy with this Arcana card, as its effect ensures that your Omega spells have +50 power when detonated. So if you rely on these like I do, pair these two up!

This Arcana card allows you to increase the damage of each spell cast and synergizes with another Arcana card called “Moon”. It's great for those who rely on Magick, and it's also a low-cost option, so you'd better consider this for your next run.

2

Centaur

Control costs:

0

Influence:

For every 5 locations cleared, you gain +3 health and mana. To automatically awaken this card, a card with a mastery point value of 1 to 5 must be activated.

Next, we have Centaur, an Arcana card that may seem lackluster at first glance, but if you sprinkle some moondust on this bad boy, this card can enhance as you delve deeper into the underworld your abilities. It's a slow burn, but considering the low cost, it's well worth the price you'll pay to equip it.

Moondust is an item in Hades 2 that allows you to participate in the Trials of Chaos and further enhances the effectiveness of the various Arkana Cards you possess.

With the Moondust upgrade mentioned above, you gain 8 health and 8 mana each time you advance to a new location. I know this doesn't seem like much, but trust me, it all starts to add up fast.

3

eternal

Eternal Hades 2

Control costs:

4

Influence:

Each run starts with +1 Death Defiance (i.e. the extra life allows you to regain some health and mana instead of dying outright).

It's great to get awesome Boons. It was great to get the necessary resources and validate the prophecy. But if you sum up the overall experience of Hades, you'll find that the most important thing to do every run is to stay alive, and of all the cards listed, Eternity is the one most likely to help you keep going. .

This Arcana card gives you a Death Defiance, which means when you drop to 0 health and would die, this card will trigger and fully restore your health, effectively giving you a second bite cherry. So for a little safety net in hell, use eternity.

4

excellence

Excellent Hades 2

Influence:

All boons you receive have a 30% chance of becoming rare boons.

After playing through Hades 2 a few times, you'll start to understand that it's going to be difficult to get close to Chronos' hideout without a series of generous rewards and boons behind you. Regular boons are better than nothing, but without some rare boons, epic boons, and dual boons, your job will be difficult.

So, with that in mind, you can use the Superior Arcana Card, which will give you an additional 30% chance of receiving rare boons to choose from every time you encounter the God of Olympus. With any luck, this can prepare you and eliminate the need to accept unwanted, ineffective gifts.

5

titan

Influence:

Gain +30% health and mana

Just like Eternity, the Titan Arcana card is all about making you harder to kill; only this card is focused on giving you more health and mana. Defensively, you'll start each run with 20 more HP, making you more of a tank from the start, and then offensively, you'll gain more magic, which means more Omega attacks or primary abilities .

The overall mastering cost here is reasonable considering the generous boosts to HP and Magick provided here, so I think this card is definitely non-negotiable for those who want to go the extra mile.

6

prophet

Prophet of Hades 2

Control costs:

Influence:

Each run starts with a +2 re-roll of the dice. To automatically awaken this card, you must activate the three cards surrounding it (i.e. Destiny, Boatman, and Champion).

Even equipped with an Akanaka like Excellence or Divinity (which we'll get to in a moment), luck still plays a huge role in your Hades 2 experience, and sometimes the RPG gods aren't on your side. Well, this is where prophets come in.

Hades II: Beginner's Guide

As you guide Melinoe through the underworld, these tips will help you navigate the game efficiently.

This means that if you're given some mediocre gift, or you know the deity in question has the potential to give you an outstanding gift that could turn the tables, you can take a chance and see what another roll of the dice brings. The downside is that this feature only activates if you also have the Destiny, Boatman, and Champion Arcana cards equipped, but if you can incorporate these cards into your setup, it's a very welcome bonus.

7

god

Hades 2 Divinity

Control costs:

0

Influence:

Any boon you receive has a 10% chance of becoming epic. To automatically wake up this feature, you must activate all five cards in any row.

I told you we were discussing this and here we are. Divinity is a natural upgrade to Excellence, giving players a 10% chance of discovering Epic Boons with each encounter with the Gods of Olympus. Rare boons are great, but anyone who has used epic boons will know that even one in your arsenal is enough to get you through most of Hades 2.

Then, to further compliment this card, unlike some of the 0 Grasp options in your deck, this card is not that difficult to activate as you just need to have a full row of activated cards, which is doable if you There's enough certainty to equip the top row without missing out on the tastier fare below. It'll take some time before you get the golden apples you need to unlock this one, as Eris is a tricky client, but it's well worth pursuing!

8

strength

Power of Hades 2

Control costs:

Influence:

When you are below 30% health, you take -30% damage and deal +30% damage in return.

I feel like this card is underrated in the Hades 2 community, but in my usual, self-indulgent way, I think Strength is an excellent Arcana card in Hades 2, Not only suitable for novices, but also for experienced players. On the beginner side, this card will serve you excellently during boss battles, as there will be many situations where you will be below 30% health, and this ability will allow you to end the battle faster and Makes you more supple, which helps you keep your Death Defiance count intact longer.

Then, for more experienced players, this can be an excellent aid when traversing Hell, since if you're content with always having 30% health or less, you can maintain 30 for the entire run % damage boost, which can save important seconds on your runtime. This is a multi-faceted Okanagan card that needs more love!

9

Queen

queen of hades 2

Control costs:

0

Influence:

All favors you receive have a 6% chance of becoming a double favor if possible. To automatically awaken this card, no more than two cards with the same mastery value must be activated.

Our penultimate Arcana card is The Queen, a card that gives you a chance to receive double the boons every time you encounter the Gods of Olympus. Dual Core Boon is rare in the game without the 6% buff, but just activating this card gives you access to powerful mixes like Boiling Steam, Master of Command, Golden Rule, and more.

Having a Duo Boon like this almost guarantees a good run, so it's no surprise that to take a chance on hoping to get one, you need to meet the criteria for this 0 Grasp card, which only allows you to have 2 of them with the same mastery cost. card, this may be limiting, but given what's on offer here, it's well worth the trade-off if you enjoy tinkering with Duo builds.

10

judge

The Trial of Hades 2

Control costs:

0

Influence:

After defeating the Guardian Boss, three inactive Arcana cards are randomly activated. To automatically wake up this feature, you must activate no more than three cards.

Finally, we have cards that almost all players will unlock to complete their sets. Judgment is a card that is only available after you beat Chronos at least once, so you need to beat the game to get this card. Once you do, however, a variety of possibilities open up.

Initially, when you fight Erebus, you will only have 3 active Arcana cards, but as you kill Guardians, you will start to unlock more and more inactive Arcana cards, and soon After that, you will have access to the full set of Arcana cards and all the wonders they bring. Basically, this card makes replaying meaningful and fun at this point, as Hades 2's new game add-on isn't quite finished yet, so if you want to keep playing after the credits roll Hades 2″ and continue to hone your abilities, skills, this card will make you feel the most enjoyable.
