Rho and Navan integrate travel and expense platform

Rho and Navan have launched a unified financial suite that customers can use to manage corporate travel and expenses, enforce expense policy compliance, send payments and close accounts.

The co-branded solution brings together the functionality of the Rho corporate card and the Navan travel and expenses super app, the companies said in a press release on Thursday (May 23).

“With Rho, Navan customers now have access to a suite of out-of-the-box financial tools from a trusted financial partner, helping them proactively control spending as they scale, while improving operational efficiencies so companies can focus on what matters most. goal,” Michael Sindicich, CEO of Navan Expense, said in a press release.

The solution is powered by Navan Connect, which integrates Rho Corporate Cards with the Navan travel and expense platform, allowing businesses to add and manage Rho Corporate Cards directly within Navan, according to a press release.

This capability eliminates the need for businesses to use separate vendors and applications for corporate cards, bill payments, travel bookings, expense management and business banking, the release said.

Through the new joint solution, businesses can generate Rho corporate cards with customizable pre-spend rules, configure Navan expense rules to enforce their spend policies, process expense reimbursements, manage employee travel bookings and streamline bank statements and credit cards Transaction reconciliation.

In an earlier product announcement, Rho said in August that it was adding new artificial intelligence (AI)-driven accounts payable (AP) capabilities to its integrated finance platform.

With these AP automation capabilities, customers can configure one-click workflows to process thousands of accounts payable in seconds, better manage cash flow and compliance, and centralize their financial operations.

As for Navan, it partnered with Citi in October to launch a travel and expense system for Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) cardholders.

The two companies said at the time that the partnership leverages Navan Connect to combine Navan's integrated solutions with Citi's commercial card solutions to provide Citi Commercial Bank cardholders with a seamless digital experience.
