Domino Square can be described as “transformative”

Williamsburg — On Wednesday, members of New York City's real estate community came together with Brooklyn-based family-owned real estate development company, Two Trees Management, for a spectacular evening celebrating the opening of One Domino Square. Guests enjoyed cocktails and light snacks while taking in the breathtaking views. Located at 5 South 5th Street, One Domino Square is the third residential skyscraper built on the former site of the Domino Sugar Factory on the Williamsburg waterfront. Designed by renowned New York architectural firm Selldorf Architects, the building features 398 rental apartments and 160 condominiums. One Domino Square offers residents 45,000 square feet of premium amenities, spectacular city views, seamless access to Domino Park and an integrated lifestyle in the vibrant Williamsburg neighborhood.

Amenities at One Domino Square include three outdoor terraces and eight semi-private entertainment areas with grilling furniture and equipment. The building also offers a full complement of indoor amenities, including a luxurious aquatics center with a heated indoor pool, cold plunge, steam room, sauna, hydrotherapy spa, private poolside showers with private locker rooms and treatment rooms for massage. Other wellness-focused amenities include a state-of-the-art health club and fitness center with group fitness movement studios and yoga studios.
