Joe Goddard releases new single “Follow You” | News | Domino

Next month Joe GoddardThe third album of Overtones (Deadline July 12). A record rooted in instinct and empathy, featuring 14 tracks of left-of-centre dance music including UK garage, house, hip hop, pop and disco, Goddard finds himself opening the floor to his many collaborators.

Goddard previously shared two songs from the album, but today “I follow you”It's one of the few solo tracks that captures the more introspective, introverted side of his music.There are a lot of different people on this album and I've tried to find a way to honor their contributions and not be the person who has to lead everything.” Joe says. “That's also reflected in the songs I sing. I just try to write stream-of-consciousness lyrics without really thinking about what I'm trying to express.”
